back was feeling better and spokes were all fixed so as I had been working all day in Penryhncoch decided to drive up to Pendam and do a circuit of the Nant XC Time Trial course.

Didn't go full out as I just wanted to see what time I could do at an average pace, but once I got to the leg-burner I did push a bit harder as the time seemed fairly reasonable... As it turned out I did it in 47 mins which isn't great but not too embarrassing. Although if you take into account the fact that some people do it in under 35 mins then my time is terrible!.... Time to shed a few stone I think!
